Rental Agreement

This includes, but is not limited to, use of the house, its contents, and any amenities such as paddle boards, kayaks, and outdoor spaces.
4. Property Use and Care
- The Renter agrees to use the property and its amenities responsibly and with care.
- Any damages to the property or its contents during the Renter’s stay will be the Renter’s financial responsibility.
- The Renter agrees to report any damages or issues to the Owner immediately.
5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations The Renter agrees to comply with all local laws, ordinances, and regulations during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, noise ordinances, occupancy limits, and any other relevant rules.
6. Indemnification The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the Renter’s use of the property and amenities.
7. Insurance The Renter acknowledges that the Owner’s insurance does not cover the Renter’s personal property or liability during their stay. The Renter is encouraged to obtain their own travel or rental insurance for coverage.
8. Check-In and Check-Out Procedures The Renter agrees to follow the check-in and check-out procedures provided by the Owner. Failure to adhere to these procedures may result in additional charges.
9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the jurisdiction where the property is located.
10. Acknowledgment and Acceptance By signing below, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this consent form.
